Three levels of the conference fee are differentiated according to the extent of accommodation required by the conference participant.
Single room
Accommodation in a single room provided by the organizers. It covers proceedings costs, full accommodation (25 Aug until 29 Aug), full boarding during the conference, Thursday half-day trip (27 Aug), Friday full-day trip (28 Aug).
Double room
Accommodation in a double room provided by the organizers. It covers proceedings costs, full accommodation (25 Aug until 29 Aug), full boarding during the conference, Thursday half-day trip (27 Aug), Friday full-day trip (28 Aug).
Own accomodation
It covers proceedings costs, boarding during the conference (coffee breaks, lunches and dinners), Thursday half-day trip (27 Aug), Friday full-day trip (28 Aug). It is intended for participants who prefer to arrange accommodation on their own.
