Three levels of the conference fee are differentiated according to the extent of accommodation required by the conference participant.

The conference fee is 550 € with accommodation provided by the organizers. It covers proceedings costs, full accommodation (30 Aug until 3 Sep),  Friday half-day trip (1 Sep), Saturday full-day trip (2 Aug), boarding during the conference (coffee breaks, the welcome party, full boarding on 31 Aug and 1 Sep, breakfast and dinner on 2 Aug, and breakfast on 3 Sep).

The conference fee is 750 € with accommodation provided by the organizers in case the participant requires a single room only.

The basic conference fee is 300 € and is intended for participants who prefer to arrange their accommodation on their own.  It covers proceedings costs, welcome party (30 Aug), conference lunch (31 August), conference dinner (31 Aug), conference lunch (1 Sep), dinner (1 and 2 Sep), coffee-breaks and trips.
