Excursion to Museum of the Slovak Village in Martin – Jahodnícke háje
The Museum of the Slovak Village is the largest open-air ethnographic exhibition in Slovakia. In its exhibition area, almost 150 residential, agricultural, technical, social, and sacred buildings from the regions of Orava, Turiec, Kysuce – Podjavorníky, and Liptov are currently concentrated.

A whole-day trip to Martinské hole
- Martin sightseeing + car trip from Martin to Martinské hole with easy walk on top with views map

Martinské Hole is a popular tourist area above the town of Martin in the Lúčanská Malá Fatra mountain range on the eastern slopes of Krížava (1457 m a.s.l.), well-known for beautiful views and nature, represented by the characteristic mountain meadows. It provides opportunities for easy walks as well as challenging mountain hikes, including a secured route (via ferrata) which allows one to ascend to the resort.
The mountain resort is also accessible by car. However, good hiking shoes and gear are a necessity for the trip.
