CONFERENCE FEE
Two levels of the conference fee are differentiated according to the extent of accommodation required by the conference participant.
The conference fee is 13 000 CZK with accommodation provided by the organizers. It covers proceedings costs, full accommodation in double room (Aug 27 until Aug 31), Friday half-day trip (Aug 29), Saturday full-day trip (Aug 30), boarding during the conference (coffee breaks, the welcome party, full boarding on Aug 28 and 29, breakfast and dinner on Aug 30, and breakfast on Aug 31).
The conference fee is 18 500 CZK with accommodation provided by the organizers. It covers proceedings costs, full accommodation in single room (Aug 27 until Aug 31), Friday half-day trip (Aug 29), Saturday full-day trip (Aug 30), boarding during the conference (coffee breaks, the welcome party, full boarding on Aug 28 and 29, breakfast and dinner on Aug 30, and breakfast on Aug 31).
PAYMENT DETAILS
Payment of the fee is possible only on the basis of an invoice issued by the Prague University of Economics and Business ( not applicable to participants from the Prague University of Economics and Business).
To receive an invoice, please send an email to Ms. Zívalová (zivalova@vse.cz ) no later than 26th May 2025:
– either an official order from the sending organization,
– or the billing information – that is the name of the sending organization including address, ID number and tax ID number
Conference fee for participants from the Prague University of Economics and Business will be handled by internal transfer. For details, please contact Ms. Zívalová by 26th May 2025.
The conference fee based on the invoice must be paid by 13th June 2025 at the latest.
